  • Your login credentials are for your eyes only. Exercise caution in sharing them.
  • Remember, WeFIRE will never request your credentials via email. Stay alert for any theft or phishing attempts.

In case of a lost device, rest assured that your WeFIRE account can only be active on one device at a time. We also continuously monitor for unusual login activities. To secure your account, simply log in using another device. This will automatically sign out your account from the lost device.

We're sorry to see you go. To delete your WeFIRE account, tap the WeFIRE logo at the top right of the HOME screen, go to 'Account Authorization ' at the bottom of your account page, and then tap the three buttons on the user deletion agreement page respectively. This will permanently erase all your data from our app. Please note that data deleted in this way cannot be restored.
